To make your booking

Bookings can be made by e-mail or telephone. To confirm your booking you will need to pay a deposit (if booking prior to 8 weeks before your arrival date) or the full amount if booking within 8 weeks of your arrival date. The deposit for all weeks is £100.00.

Paying by Cheque

If paying by cheque please email infoteam@alpinelines.com or call us on UK (44) 0141 416 2465 to confirm your booking. This way we can reserve your place.

Please include your name, address, and details of which week you are booking on. On receiving your payment you will be sent a receipt of payment and confirmation of your booking.

Final payment

Final payment is due 8 weeks before your trip, if payment is not made at this time we can hold your booking.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel then the following charges will be incurred and should be reclaimed through your insurance.
Before 56 days before departure Deposit only payable
Before 56 and 30 days prior to departure 50% of holiday costs payable
Within 30 days of departure 100% of holiday costs payable
If Alpine Lines have to cancel any course due to insufficient numbers we will give one months notice and a full refund of course cost.
